Mahesh Babu - Sakshi Post

Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar's forthcoming flick 2.0 has been postponed for inevitable reasons from Diwali to next year summer. The Shankar directorial was supposed to hit the screens on January 26 but got postponed to avoid a clash with Akshay Kumar's Padman. The Tamil Thalaivar avoided a clash with Akshay's film but he is set to compete with Tollywood biggies Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun next year summer.

Recently, 2.0 filmmakers made an official announcement that they will release the film in the month of April without revealing the exact dates. If Rajini's 2.0 releases in April, then it would create problems for Tollywood movies like Mahesh Babu's Bharath Ane Nenu and Allu Arjun's Naa Peru Surya that are slated for released around the same time.

After the new release date of 2.0 was announced, the producer of Bharath Ane has released a statement. This is in the interest of Tollywood producers who want to avoid a clash at the box office with other dubbed films.

Bharath Ane Nenu, Naa Peru Surya, and 2.0 are big budget films. If the films are released without any clash, then it would be easy to make a decent profits.
