Bapiraju says he won't resign

TTD chairman Kanumuri Bapiraju clarified that he won’t resign from the post on his own.
Speaking to reporters in Tirumala on Friday, he said that he would continue in the post till the new TTD management board took over.
“I will abide by the decision the state government takes in the matter,” said Kanumuri.
Replying to a question, he agreed that it was true that he had requested the chief minister N.Chandrababu Naidu to allow him to continue him in the post till the completion of his term.
He said that the post of Chairman of TTD is very sacred.
The state government has already abolished the management boards of all temples in the state.
The media had speculated that Bapiraju would resign from his post on Friday.
