Bandla Ganesh surrenders before court
Tollywood producer Bandla Ganesh, who was facing criminal charges over death of NTR's fan, got bail on Tuesday after he surrendered himself before the Rajendra Nagar court in Hyderabad .
Bandla Ganesh surrendered before the court in connection with the death of a fan at the audio launch of 'Baadshah' film. He was later granted bail on personal bond.The judge also asked him to produce two sureties of Rs 5,000 each towards the bail.
It may be recalled that Raju from Ursugutta in Warangal district was killed in the stampede that taken place at Ramanaidu studios of Nanakramguda in Hyderabad on Sunday evening. Rayadurgam police booked a case against the producer and the organizer under Section 304 (A) of IPC (Causing death by negligence).
