'Balakrishna' headache for Chandrababu ?

  Nandamuri Balakrishna now became headache for TDP president N.Chandrababu Naidu. Eventhiugh, he is not creating any trouble directly for his brother-in-law, his fans associations are demanding to give the post of party president to him. In the way, Balayya became a trouble for Chandrababu now.

Leaders of the fans associations of Balakrishna are criticizing Babu for using the services of Balakrishna only for election campaigning and neglecting him later onwards.

The type of demands posing some form of inconvenience to Chandrababu. These are mainly coming from Hindupur constituency in Anantapur district. It may be recalled that Hindupur is a bastion for the TDP since the formation of the party in 1983. The party’s founder N.T.Rama Rao won from this constituency in 1985,1989and 1994. His son Harikrishna won from here in 1996.

The Nandamuri fans here are demanding to give the post of party president to Balakrishna. Their voice for the same came from Visakhapatnam and Nellore units of the fans association too. They have declared that they would vote against the party if Balakrishna not given a prominent post in the party.

On one side, the importance for the Nandamuri heirs in the party is decreasing day by day. On the other side, Nandamuri fans are protesting against the same. No one other than Balakrishna is now active in politics in the entire Nandamuri family. These kinds of demands certainly damage the party in the near future. They are posing inconvenience for Chandrababu, who is in the process of promoting his son, Lokesh, in the party.
