B Tech Student Caught Carrying Live Bullets On Flight

Hyderabad: A B Tech student was caught at the Hyderabad airport here on Sunday while he was carrying a live bullet. The student identified Vaibhav Kumar Sharma was found in possession of live ammunition of 7.65 mm calibre at the check-in counter.

It is learnt that Vaibhav, along with his friend, after holidaying in the city were heading to Goa in Go Air flight. When questioned by the officials, Vaibhav failed to give any official documents and also didn't specify that he carried bullet in the check-in counter. He told the officials that he had no clue about the bullet in his bag. Vaibhav has been held for further investigation.
