Ayyo 'Bangaru Talli', laments CM - Sakshi Post

The controversy surrounding Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy's new scheme 'Bangaru Talli' has hot up. It's a known fact that several Cabinet ministers are disappointed with the CM for announcing new schemes without even consulting them. Some even expressed their disapproval openly. Now, it looks like the row is getting bigger.

It is learnt that the dissident ministers have come together at the residence of PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana to discuss over the issue.

The ministers include—PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana, Deputy Chief Minister Damodara Raja Narasimha, Jana Reddy, DL Ravindra Reddy, Vatti Vasanth Kumar among others.
Kiran Reddy's independent decisions and announcements of new schemes are the topics being discussed, it is understood.

It's already known that some ministers publicly expressed their disapproval over CM's latest moves.

On Wednesday, Botsa told reporters that he has no clue about the Bangaru Talli scheme. Both the deputy CM and the PCC chief skipped CM's recent Medak meeting.

Health minister DL Ravindra Reddy too had openly said that he was not informed about the announcement of Bangaru Talli scheme. In a veiled reference to Kiran Reddy, DL said that mere announcement of schemes wouldn't help, they must be properly implemented.

Panchayat Raj Minister K Jana Reddy on Wednesday advised Kiran Kumar Reddy not to take hasty decisions on the government schemes.CM must have consulted others before announcing the schemes, he added.

Many ministers in Kiran's own party are miffed with the High Command for still letting him hold on to the CM's chair despite the fact that he is not on good terms with the other ministers. It may be recalled that the rift between CM and other members had reached such a point that there was even talk of him being replaced. Although several ministers placed their concerns and complaint against the CM in front of the Delhi top brass, nothing was done which upset them.

Considering the kind of heat the debate has generated, the meeting which is currently on at Botsa's place gains significance.
