Anticipatory bail plea of Paritala Sriram adjourned to Friday

The local court on Thursday adjourned to Friday the hearing on petition filed by TDP MLA Paritla Sunitha's on Sriram seeking anticipatory bail in connection with a murder attempt case.

The Dharmavaram police had filed a case against Sriram and 15 others on charges of attempt to murder of  Congress leader K. Sudhakar Reddy. The case was registered after three accused named him during the investigation.

In the interrogation, the accused revealed that Sriram would give Rs 10 lakh after they murdered the Congress leader. But Paritala Sunitha said they had no enmity with Sudhakar Reddy's family.

The police had launched a manhunt to nab Sriram who had gone underground. The police have formed five special teams to trace Sriram.
