AP Gram Sachivalayam Candidate Cheats In Exams, Debarred

Anantapur: A candidate was debarred from writing the Grama Sachivalayam exams after being caught cheating in the exam with a mobile phone. Panchayat Raj Commissioner and Grama Sachivalam Exam Convenor, Girija Sankar ordered Anantapur Collector Satyanarayana to file a criminal case against him.

As per reports, on September 1st, B Naushad a resident of Rayadurgam entered the examination centre in Kanekallu Model School with a mobile phone secretly hidden in his socks. The Invigilator caught him when he was trying to search for answers in Google. He seized the phone and informed the higher officials about it.

Upon receiving the report, Anantapur District Collector ordered that the candidate be debarred from writing the exam and a criminal case filed against him. He also initiated necessary actions against the security staff and the Superintendent of the examination centre.
