70th Republic Day: Governor Narasimhan Hoists National Flag In Vijayawada

Vijayawada: The 70th Republic Day celebrations in Andhra Pradesh were held with grandeur.

The celebrations were hosted at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Ground in Vijayawada while Governor ESL Narasimhan unveiled the national flag. Subsequently, he received the guard of honor from the police. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Chief Secretary Anil Chandra Punetha, DGP RP Thakkur, several ministers and officials also participated in the event.

On the occasion of Republic Day, the capital city Amaravati has been decorated as a part of the celebrations.
