Bike Borne Thieves Snatch Away Gold Chain From Srikakulam Woman in Broad Daylight

Srikakulam: Two bike-borne miscreants snatched the chain of a woman in broad daylight while she was on her way back home alone in Kasibugga on Friday evening.

The victim Usharani, who was heading home in Rotari Nagar lost her three tolas of  chain after the bikers snatched it away and fled the spot. While resisting their move, Usharani got injured and was admitted to a hospital. "The thieves who came from behind on a bike stole my chain and fled pushing me on the road," the woman told police while lodging a complaint.

The entire scene was recorded in the CCTV footage of the street, based on which the police are probing into the matter.
