Chandrababu, Lokesh Will Escape To Singapore After Polls: Lakshmi Parvathi
Hyderabad: YSRP leader and widow of former chief minister, NT Rama Rao, Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvathi predicted that Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu and his son, Nara Lokesh would escape to a safe haven like Singapore after the elections. Addressing the media at the party headquarters here on Tuesday, she said that Chandrababu Naidu seemed to be having nightmares about YS Jagan.
Chandrababu Naidu who likes to describe himself as an honest politician seems to forget that he has 26 cases against him in which he has obtained stay orders from courts. An accused in corruption cases, Chandrababu claims he is a man of exemplary character, which is amusing, she said. Chandrababu is known to give certificates to himself.
Lakshmi Parvathi also said that the nexus between former joint director of CBI VV Lakshminarayana and Chandrababu was now out in the open with the yellow media reporting that the former is a likely MLA candidate from the TDP. Chandrababu who constantly accuses others of having secret pacts should come out in the open about his own secret deals, she said.
Chandrababu Naidu's claim that he studied M.Phil after Ph.D is similar to MLA Jaleel Khan's claim of having studied B.Com-Physics, Lakshmi Parvathi said satirically. As for Nara Lokesh, he could not communicate either in English or Telugu, she said, despite Chandrababu having 'bought' him a degree from a US University.
Lakshmi Parvathi referred to the data theft case as a serious breach of the privacy of citizens, pointing out that Chandrababu could stoop to any levels to cling to power. He is now sheltering an accused, Ashok Dakavaram, which is itself an offence. While the Telangana police have launched a manhunt for Ashok Dakavaram, the AP chief minister is defending his role and is admitting in a media conference that he would surface after 2-3 days.
After the notes for votes case in which he was trapped, Chandrababu is now mired in the data theft scam, she said.
