Mekapati Very Much With YSRCP, Condemns Rumours Stating Otherwise

New Delhi: YSR Congress party former MP Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy, condemned the news that he is leaving YSRCP.  He expressed his dissatisfaction over the news and said that a few media institutions are spreading these rumours. Talking to the media in Delhi he said, media channels should publish news which is authentic, and not to resort to such practices. He confirmed that he is going to contest in the upcoming elections and he has been with the leader of opposition Andhra Pradesh Assembly and YSR Congress Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, even before the party was born.

Rajamohan Reddy clarified that he has resigned following the party orders. He said that as the elections are around the corner, Chandrababu is coming with new sops and he has no right to ask for votes as he failed in implementing the promises made during the bifurcation.

YSRCP leader observed that Chandrababu is hoodwinking the people by increasing pensions just before the elections, and people already know the truth about him. Criticizing Modi, he said, injustice has been done to AP under the Modi government. Mekapati remarked people of AP are fed up with Chandrababu, who copied the Navaratnalu announced by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
