Mudragada Padmanabham Inset: AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu - Sakshi Post

Kakinada: Former MP and Kapu leader Mudragada Padmanabham wrote a caustic letter addressed to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Mudragada was supposed to conduct a meeting in Kathipudi called "Chalo Kathipudi". But this was halted as the East Godavari District SP Vishal Gunni had said that they had neither received any intimation nor had the district police given any permission for such a meeting, for which the meeting had to be stalled indefinitely.

In this context he shot off a letter to the Chief Minister questioning him about this action. He said that all we wanted to do was conduct a simple meeting on January 31 to discuss what was done for our BC community in the past three years. We fail to understand was to why you are disturbed by this meet, he asked.

Many party leaders have stages protests and road shows and you yourself have blocked several roads in Vijayawada to conduct your 'Dharma Porata Deekshas' and stalled traffic causing great inconvenience to the public . You have done Yatras in buses, where traffic was stalled for hours together and now you plan to conduct the same in Delhi as well. So for you the rules don't apply and for us they do, he questioned. When BC leaders from 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh congregate to discuss the issue of BCs in the state, you object to our meeting. What is it that scares you about the BC leaders meet? , Mudragada questioned.
