Three Prisoners In Service Of Srinivas, Accused in YS Jagan Murder Attempt
Srinivasa Rao, who attacked Leader of the Opposition in AP legislative assembly, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on October 25, 2018 in the VIP lounge of the Visakhapatnam airport, is getting VIP treatment in the Vizag central jail, it is learnt. The deputy superintendent of the jail personally oversees the facilities provided to the accused, it is learnt.
Three prisoners from other states, Jaleel and Bhai of Bihar and Mithul of Odisha, have been assigned the task of cleaning his cell, serving him and bringing food to his cell. It is learnt that these prisoners were promised non-vegetarian food every day as a reward for their services.
The accused, Srinivasa Rao is being protected by four policemen outside his cell. Barring these four, the three prisoners assigned to serve Srinivasa Rao and top officials of the prison, others are denied access to the accused.
