Chandrababu Reaches Out To Pawan Kalyan Again
Chittoor: Andhra Pradesh chief minister Chandrababu Naidu sought the support of Jana Sena founder and former actor, Pawan Kalyan. The TDP chief admitted that there was strong anti-incumbency against the government even in his own constituency of Kuppam.
Chandrababu sought the blessings of the people of the state. They should reward him for the hard work he had done, he said. Chandrababu also said that he had not been accessible to the people of Kuppam. Development here had taken a backseat, and people therefore, were dissatisfied, he said. In a strange jutification of his inability to refute the charges of Telangana chief minister, K. Chandrashekhar Rao, the TDP chief said that he bore all his criticism "for the people of AP." He accused KCR of trying to destabilize the AP government.
Chandrababu remarked that this was a moment of crisis when he was being tested and wanted the people to stand by him. Chandrababu claimed that the TDP had gone in for an alliance with the Congress in the interests of the state and the country.
