Botsa Questions Chandrababu On SCS, Kadapa Steel Plant

Visakhapatnam: YSR Congress party Spokesperson Botsa Satyanarayana heavily came down sharply upon the Andhra Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Talking to the media in the Visakhapatnam party office, he said: “Chandrababu claims he has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi 28 times in the past four and half years, but what is the use?” The YSRCP leader questioned Chandrababu saying has he submitted a letter in the matter of Special Category Status at least once. He even challenged that if proven that Chandrababu did something concrete for SCS then, "I will quit politics."

Botsa referred to the Dharma Poratam by Chandrababu and said that people are not going to believe in him, who at first claimed special package is sufficient for the state. But now the same person is fighting for the Special Category Status. He reminded the media that Chandrababu never asked for Bundelkhand package, railway zone, Kadapa steel plant. He questioned Chandrababu over the High Court issue and said: “how can you submit an affidavit without providing basic facilities for the Court.”

Senior YSRCP leader added, Chandrababu is scared he might be convicted in the Vote for Note case if the High Court was divided and this is the reason he has left the city of Hyderabad.

The YSRCP Spokesperson said Kadapa steel plant was one among the bifurcation assurances given to the state, which was to be taken up by the Centre, but Chandrababu even could not fulfill it and is claiming to construct it with state funds.

Botsa Satyanarayana revealed the truth behind the excess power production in the state claims by Chandrababu and said, not even one power plant has been constructed. The production of power has not even gone up by one unit.

The YSRCP leader referred to Late Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy and said it was during his term Brandix was started, which is now employing 23,000 people. This time no one can stop YSRCP from coming to power, he concluded.
