YSRCP Leader Balineni Files Complaint With Ongole SP Over CI’s Behaviour

Ongole: Former minister and YSR Congress party (YSRCP) Ongole Lok Sabha constituency president Balineni Srinivasa Reddy lodged a complaint over CI Ganga Venkateswarulu's partisan support to a party, with SP Satya Yesu Babu. In his meeting with the SP on Monday, the leader took an issue from the recent Ravali Jagan-Kavali Jagan program in Indiramma Nagar. At the time, a person named Sai abused Koteshwari, whose photo was included in the YSRCP posters.

"When Koteshwari approached the Taluka police station to complain about Sai, she was made to sit in the station from morning until 10 pm. She was asked to visit the police station the next morning by CI Ganga Venkateswarulu. Recently, the CI behaved in an unparliamentary manner with women in Keshavarajukunta," the YSRCP leaders said to the SP in a written note.

Responding to the complaint, the SP asked CI Venkateshwarlu to submit a report on the incident in Indiramma Nagar.
