Visakhapatnam: The investigating team probing the murder attempt case of YSRCP Chief and Leader of the Opposition, Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy brought the parents of Srinivasa Rao, the main accused from Thanelanka , Mummidivaram Mandal to Visakhapatnam today. The parents of the attacker Savithramma and Tata Rao have stated that neither their son Srinivasa Rao nor they have any connection with the YSRCP Party.

After being thoroughly interrogated by the police on Thursday, his parents said that Srinivasa Rao was hardly there in the village and had never interacted with YSRCP leaders or participated in party activities. After being interrogated separately about his behaviour and other activities, they were brought together and made to sit face to face with the accused.
