AP Secretariat Built With Lokesh Technology: Vellampalli

YSRCP official spokesperson Vellampalli Srinivasa Rao - Sakshi Post

Vijayawada: YSR Congress Party official spokesperson Vellampalli Srinivas expressed his anger over the rain water leakage issues in Andhra Pradesh state Secretariat and said that it was built with Lokesh technology. He criticised AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu's claim that the temporary assembly and Secretariat was built with latest technology.

Speaking to media here today, the YSRCP spokesperson recalled that when it was pointed out that rain water was leaking in the Leader of Opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's chamber in Secretariat, the ruling TDP government accused YSRCP of propagating false information. Now what does the TDP government have to say about today's water leakage, he questioned. Ministers and government officials were afraid to go to Secretariat due to water leakage issue, he observed.

Vellampalli demanded Chandrababu and his son Lokesh to answer to the public about the bad construction of temporary buildings costing crores. He said one would not be surprised if the Secretariat collapsed if it rained heavily as in Kerala. He reminded the media that YS Jagan had warned about such a situation much earlier.

He further said that it was surprising that no action was being taken by the government despite sewers overflowing in Vijayawada. Despite landslides occurring the authorities were not concerned. Chandrababu had constructed a palace for himself in Hyderabad, while he had built a leakage-ridden building for AP Secretariat, he added.
