Chandrababu Should Announce TDP Candidates Immediately: YSRCP

YSR Kadapa: YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leaders today challenged Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to follow the footsteps of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and announce its party candidates for the upcoming Assembly elections by September this year.

On the occasion of Chandrababu's tour in the district, YSRCP MLA Raghurami Reddy, MLC Govinda Reddy and City Mayor Suresh Babu spoke to media here today.

The YSRCP leaders said that Chandrababu had visited the district 25 times in the last four years, but failed to carry out a single developmental activity. They remarked that TDP MLC Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy was trying to dominate the district, after being rejected by the people of Nellore district.

"Why does Chandrababu ignore the interests of Rayalaseema region? Telangana CM KCR said that he would announce the list of party candidates for the upcoming elections in the month of September. Can Chandrababu announce the TDP candidate from Jammalamadugu constituency? Does Chandrababu have the courage to announce in advance?" they asked.
