Chandrababu’s Deeksha, Waste of Public Money: YSRCP MLA

YSRCP MLA Srikanth Reddy - Sakshi Post

Kadapa: YSR Congress Party MLA Gadikota Srikanth Reddy said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the name of Dharma Poratam Deeksha was wasting the public money. Speaking to media here today, he said the government had spent rs 4-50 crores for these protest programmes. It was unfair to use APSRTC for their party activities, especially when the corporation was facing severe losses.

The YSRCP MLA said it was once again proven in the Parliament that BJP and TDP would remain friends. Women employees, from DWCRA and Anganwadi centres were transported to these protest programmes of Chandrababu. In protest against the deception games by TDP, tomorrow's bandh call has been given, he said and called on the people to support the bandh.

If TDP was sincere to achieve Special Category Status (SCS) to AP and work for the welfare of the people, they should join hands with YSRCP and participate in the bandh, Srikanth Reddy said. The TDP MPs should also resign their posts and express their sincerity to the state's welfare, he added.
