Adilabad Freezes At 6 Degrees

Hyderabad: Residents of the Telangana capital city, Hyderabad may not have experienced the biting cold yet but temperatures have dropped to 6 degrees in the nearby Adilabad region. The district recorded the lowest temperature in the state.

Bonfires on streets to beat the cold was a common sight in the region.

Hyderabad too is known for its extreme climatic conditions. Both heat and cold always cross the average temperatures. This year, however has been an exception. Met experts thing it could be because of the unseasonal rains that bashed the city unabated for more than three months this year.
