3 Killed, 20 Trapped Under Debris in Bengaluru Building Collapse

Bengaluru: A building under construction collapsed in Bengaluru this evening and when early reports came in, three persons were killed while 20 persons were feared to have been trapped in the debris.

The incident occurred in a building that is being constructed at Sarjapur Road. It was a five storeyed building and labourers were still working in it. The three persons killed and the 20 others trapped are all labourers.

The locals rushed to spot and started rescuing the trapped labourers and also informed the rescue team which reached the spot. It is learnt that seven labourers have been already rescued by the team.
