2.0 Exit Puts Bhaagamathie in Race With Agnathavasi, Jaisimha

Anushka Shetty's forthcoming flick Bhaagamathie is slated for release on January 26 Republic Day. Actually, Rajinikanth's 2.0 was supposed to release on the same day but got postponed to avoid a clash with other movies especially that of Akshay Kumar's Padman.

Rajinikanth stepping out of Sankranthi race has put Anushka in competition with Pawan Kalyan's Agnathavasi and Balakrishna's Jai Simha.

Anushka's Bhagmathi is a women-centric film where she will be seen in a new avatar. The film is directed by G. Ashok of Pilla Zamindar fame, and music composed by SS Thaman. It's a known fact that Anushka has received a huge round of applause for her role as Devasena in Baahubali.
