2 revenue officials in ACB trap
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths laid a trap and arrested two Government officials in two different cases in the State on Monday.
ASO Manohar of Revenue department was trapped while accepting a bribe of Rs 2,000 for issuing a brith certificate at Vajrakothuru mandal office in Srikakulam district. Mallikarjuna Reddy, a surveyor of Revenue Department was arrested after he was caught red-handed while accepting Rs 4,000 bribe from a farmer at Chinnamandem mandal office in YSR Kadapa district. The accused were arrested and produced in the court.
