Former minister Shankar Rao on Monday expressed anguish against Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy saying that he was acting as per his whims and fancies.
He demanded a high-level investigation on the GO issued on red sanders during his tenure. Stating he had filed a case against him in the High Court on July 10 last year, he said he would approach the Supreme Court, the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate on the issue.
