The women organizations too raised objection on bold scenes and for showing women in poor light along with cuss words.

The NFIW state secretary P. Durga Bhavani said, "We have seen the movie and found it objectionable. I would like to ask the producers and directors of the movie if they want to promote dating culture during college life among the students. Screening of the movie should be immediately stopped.”

She further adds that in a bid to make profit they are encouraging youths to tread on wrong path and the movie encourages drugs which are harmful to society. The controversy began after senior Congress leader and former MP V. Hanumantha Rao objected to lip-lock posters.
