‘TDP has no right to celebrate completion of one year’
Ridiculing the TDP Government decision to celebrate its one year in office, YSR Congress has said the State has failed on all fronts and did not completely fulfill even a single poll promise and all sections of people are bearing the brunt of its faulty policies.
Party senior leader Dharmana Prasada Rao said on Thursday that farmers are being treated like enemies with the State widely using the term that it will use the weapon of Land Acquisition Act. He said the TDP government was encouraging private parties in building the capital city. “All these point towards the dictatorial and anti-people policies of the Government. How can TDP celebrate the completion of one year,” he said.
Chandrababau Naidu has assured before elections that he will waive all DWACRA loans and went back on it which has demolished the 30-year institution of micro finance. “Instead of celebrations, the Government owes an apology to the people, “he said.
On Capital city, he said: “There is no master-plan, no central funds, no tenders were finalised and no budgetary allocations were made, then why hurry for the foundation stone. The urgency is only to help out the Singapore companies and earn kickbacks. The State has been adopting the Swiss Challenge method only to favour some companies and individuals and YSRCP has been highlighting this since long.”
