ZPTC, MPTC elections in AP on Sunday
State election commissioner Ramakanth Reddy said that all arrangements were completed for the conduct of ZPTC and MPTC elections in the state.
“Elections will be conducted from 7 am to 5 pm on Sunday,” said the commissioner.
He said that the elections would be conducted in the ballot mode only.
“Elections will be conducted till 4 pm only in Manthani revenue division in Karimnagar districts,” said the commissioner.
He said, “White colour is used for ZPTC and Rose colour is used for MPTC elections.”
He said that they had identified about 6,370 poling stations as sensitive ones and 95,031 security personnel were deployed for the security purpose of these elections.
