YSRCP team leaves for New Delhi

YSRCP president Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy left for New Delhi on Monday along with his party MPs.
All of them will meet the prime minister designate Narendra Modi and seek a clarity on the promises made by the union government at the time of state bifurcation. They will also request the help of union government for the pending projects in the state.
It may be recalled that some union ministers in the earlier UPA government repeatedly told they would declare the Polavaram project as the national project and take up the duty of constructing it.
But, the UPA alliance lost the power in the recent general elections. In these situations, the YSRCP is going to seek a clarity from Narendra Modi on the promises made by the UPA government. The YSRCP team is expecting some promises on some other issues too.
