YSRCP stages walkout over rejection of united AP resolution - Sakshi Post

YSR Congress Party leaders walked out of Business Advisory Council, as the government refused to accede to their demands to adopt a resolution in favour of United Andhra in the Assembly.

The crucial Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting was held on Tuesday to finalise the agenda for the discussion on the Telangana Bill in the Assembly.
Pro-Telangana leaders demanded the government for an immediate discussion on the Telangana Bill in the Assembly, whereas YSRCP leaders wanted to adopt a resolution in favour of a united state. But the government rejected their proposal which led to the YSRCP leaders walking out of the meeting.
Speaking to reporters, party honorary president YS Vijayamma said that YSRCP made it clear to the Government that they will participate in the discussion only after resolution is passed.
It is learnt that Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy also walked out.
