YSRCP MPs Continue Fight For SCS In Parliament
New Delhi: The YSR Congress Party's fight for Special Category Status (SCS) is getting more intense by the day. Demanding the special status for Andhra Pradesh, the YSRCP MPs have continued their protest on Wednesday in the Parliament. The MPs have staged a protest in front of the Gandhi statue in the Parliament premises.
Also, YSRCP MP Midhun Reddy gave an adjournment motion notice in Lok Sabha over the demand of SCS to Andhra Pradesh. It is already known that Mahadharna for SCS was staged on Tuesday in which even Left parties and AAp also participated. In order to fulfill the void left after bifurcation, the YSRCP has been demanding the SCS for the past four years. The party MPs have issued a notice under section 184 and also showcased placards demanding the SCS near the speaker podium.
