YSRCP members pay tributes to Basheerbagh firing victims

YSR Congress party MLAs led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy paid rich tributes to the martyrs who lost their lives while protesting against the power tariff hike by the then TDP Government. 

They observed the 14th anniversary of the police firing at Basheerbagh. Three people died in police firing on August 28 , 2000 when Chandrababu Naidu introduced power reforms for the first in the county and hiked power tariff.
