YSRCP leaders leave for Delhi, will protest against T Bill
YSR Congress Party leaders left for Delhi on Saturday in a bid to strengthen the anti- Telangana momentum in the capital.
“Two trains have been arranged to Delhi for the cadres to participate in the protests. One train will start from Renigunta at 10 am on Saturday and another will start at 4.30 pm from Rajahmundry," said Vasireddy Padma, party official spokesperson.
“We are going to fight for 'Samaikyandhra' and all party members will take part in the protest that will be held in Delhi's Jantar Mantar on February 17," she added.
National and regional parties have expressed solidarity with YSRCP, and party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy who has been at the forefront of the anti-bifurcation struggle.
"The timing of the dharna is appropriate and is not last minute reaction," she pointed out.
