YSRCP leader Govind Reddy files nomination for MLC elections

Hyderabad: DC Govind Reddy filed nomination in Andhra Pradesh Assembly Secretariat as YSRCP candidate for MLC elections on Wednesday.

Elections for AP Legislative Council are on June 1st and the last day for withdrawing nominations in May 23. DC Govind Reddy worked as Deputy Transport Commisioner. Later he followed people's leader YSR into politics and won as Badwel MLA in 2004. He is an active leader since YSRCP inception.
Notification for four MLC seats was released on May 14 by Election Commission.
