YSRCP Backs Anti-Demonetization Hartal

YSRCP has extended its support to the November 28 hartal against the Demonetization of higher denomination notes .

Speaking to mediapersons, YSRCP general secretary Bhumana Karunakar Reddy called upon the people of the Telugu states to extend their support to the protest. He said the Government's decision to demonetize high denomination notes was a huge burden on the poor people.

He reminded that party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had already written to the Central Government on the issue and the decision to back the hartal is aimed at putting more pressure on the Union Government.
