YSRCP, CPI(M) to meet GoM today


Hyderabad,  The representatives of recognised parties from Andhra Pradesh would meet the Group of Ministers (GoM), constituted on the issue of state bifurcation, on Wednesday.

Parties, scheduled to meet GoM today are:

YSR Congress, which supports united Andhra, would be represented by its leaders M V Mysoora Reddy and Gattu Ramachandra Rao, from 10:30 a.m.to 11 a.m.

CPI(M) state secretary B V Raghavulu said his party would highlight the problems of backward areas, though his party is in favour of united Andhra. He along with Julakanti Rangareddy, will take part in the meeting with GoM from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

At the end of the first morning session, yesterday the three parties, BJP ,MIM, CPI met GoM, were unanimous in opposing Hyderabad as common capital and also Union Territory status to it.

In the second session Congress and TRS met GoM, were with different opinions on Hyderabad as common capital and also Union Territory status to it.
