YSR's dream was to see a lush green Palamoor: YS Sharmila - Sakshi Post

"YSR's dream was to turn parched Palamoor into a lush green field. YSR was moved by the poverty here during his padayatra. Soon after he came to power, he launched Handri-Neva and Nettampadu projects for the welfare of them," said YSR Congress party leader YS Sharmila, while giving a call to all YSR fans and activists to ensure that the welfare schemes launched by him reached the needy.

Addressing a gathering of party workers and sympathisers at Shadnagar, Sharmila said YSR loved this district so much that he launched his pet schemes of Rs 2 kg rice and Arogyashri from here.
Insufficient rains and an acute power shortage are playing havoc with the lives of farmers in Telangana and the Government should intervene immediately and save them, Sharmila demanded.
The government should also give compensation to each and every farmer who lost their crops and ensure that they are given input subsidy and seeds fertilizers, Jagan's sister added.
Continuing her ‘Parmarsha Yatra’ in the district on the 5th-day, the YSRCP leader first called on the family members of Sunkara Krishnamma at Peddaelika Cherla village. She also consoled the bereaved family members of Shankarayya in the same village.
She was accompanied by YSR Congress Telangana State working president Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, party MLAs – Payam Venkateswarulu and Tati Venkateswarulu, party seniors Mamidi Shyam Sundar Reddy, Nalla Suryaprakash, Konda Raghava Reddy, Srikanth Reddy, Bissa Ravinder and Y. Kishta Reddy.
