YS Jagan’s meet a wake up call for TDP Govt.

Senior YSRCP leader Ummareddy Venkateswarlu said the Tirupati students’ meet was a wakeup call for TDP government and Chandrababu Naidu. He said the stupendous success of the meet despite the last minute denial of permission at SV University, the turnout and the massive response to YS Jagan’s speech demonstrated the people’s yearning for special status to AP.

Talking to mediapersons in Hyderabad, he said the meet was an eye-opener to the TDP government. He said the anger against the denial of special status was building up and would soon grow into a massive agitation. He said the government should stop behaving perfunctorily.

On Tuesday, YSRCP chief YS Jagan addressed a massive gathering of students at Tirupati on the issue of special state status.
