YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy - Sakshi Post

Hyderabad: YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's padayatra has been rescheduled from November 2 to 6.

The change in schedule was announced following the directive by a special CBI court to appear before it on every Friday. Since the padayatra was expected to begin on November 2 which falls on Thursday, changes were made to the schedule. According to the updated padayatra details, the party chief will attend the court hearing on Friday. Later, he will visit religious places which include Tirumala temple, Kadapa dargah and a local church. Then he will embark on the padayatra on November 6 to meet the people of the state.

It may be recalled that YS Jagan had sought personal exemption from appearing at the CBI court for a period of six months. He informed the court that he is embarking on a padayatra to meet the farmers and the common man to understand their plight under the TDP regime. However, the CBI court directed him to appear on every Friday for a hearing in a case relating to investments in his companies.
