YS Jagan to meet home minister today

New Delhi: YSRCP Chief and Andhra Pradesh leader of opposition (LoP) YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is scheduled to meet Home Minister Rajanath Singh on Wednesday to apprise him of `cash for vote’ scam.

YS Jagan led delegation on Tuesday met President Pranab Mukherjee and appealed to him to take steps to initiate action against AP CM Chandrababu Naidu in the scandal.TDP legislator Revanth Reddy was recently arrested by the ACB sleuths after he was allegedly caught red-handed offering a bribe to nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson. The deal was reportedly for Rs. five crore, of which Rs. 50 lakh in cash was seized by officials.
The bribe was allegedly in exchange for the support of the nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson in Telangana legislative council elections.
