YS Jagan's Rythu Bharosa Yatra from February 22 - Sakshi Post

YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy would launch a 'Raithu Bharosa Yatra' (Farmers Assurance Yatra) from February 22 to console the families of farmers who have committed suicide due to mounting debt burden in Anantapur.

Speaking to media, YSRCP Program coordinator Talasila Raghuram and MLA Visweswara Reddy said that many farmers have committed suicide due to non-implementation of loan waiver. But during the Assembly sessions, Chandrababu had said that not a single farmer had committed suicide. YS Jagan has submitted proof of farmers' suicides. The YSRCP chief also promised that he would meet the bereaved families personally and console them if the government failed to rescue them.
They also said that about 86 farmers have committed suicide because of agricultural debt in Kurnool and Anantapur districts till date and the list has also been submitted to the Assembly speaker Kodela Sivaprasad.
