YS Jagan's deeksha deferred

YS Jagan's deeksha deferred - Sakshi Post

In a key development, the YSRCP has deferred the proposed indefinite deeksha of its chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Guntur. The deeksha was to begin at Guntur from Saturday.

Protesting against the state government’s attempts to deny permission to the proposed rally, the party has decided to approach the AP High Court. In view of this, the party has decided to defer the deeksha. The new dates of the deeksha would be announced soon.

Stating this, party senior leader Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy said the government and chief minister Chandrababu Naidu are afraid of YS Jagan’s Deeksha. He said Jagan will take up deeksha come what may.

“in fact, it is Chandrababu Naidu who is the biggest stumbling block to the special state status to Andhra Pradesh,” he said.
