YS Jagan receives grand welcome at airport

Leader of the Opposition and YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy received a grand welcome by his supporters at the Madhurapudi airport on Saturday morning, while he was on his way to Tanuku for a two-day 'Raithu Deeksha' to highlight the failure of Chandrababu Naidu in keeping up his election promises.

Party workers and followers from several districts enthusiastically gathered at airport to wish him. Later he was taken to Tanuku in a big procession from the airport
Party leaders are expecting at least a lakh people from across the state to participate in the two–day deeksha.

This two-day deeksha is to highlight the failure of Chandrababu Naidu in fulfilling his election-eve promises.

• While total loan waiver was promised before the polls, the amount to be waived was scaled down to Rs 1 lakh and of the Rs 5,000 crore allocated in the budget, only Rs 3,900 crore was released.
• These false promises have hit the rural economy badly and YSRCP has thus taken up cudgels on behalf of the farmers and has decided to raise its voice for the people.
• TDP government has even failed to bring the funds allocated to the state by the Central Government.
• Government has even failed to pressurise the Centre on implementing the provisions of the AP Re-organisation Bill
