YS Jagan meets BJP chief Rajnath Singh seeking support
A delegation of YSR Congress Party led by its party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy met BJP president Rajnath Singh in Delhi on Sunday evening and sought his party's support in keeping Andhra Pradesh united.
During the meeting that lasted about one and half an hour, Jagan, who was accompanied by other party leaders, handed over a memorandum to Rajnath Singh on the bifurcation issue, listing reasons why his party was opposed to the bifurcation move.
Jagan sought the support of the BJP to defeat the Telangana Bill when it is introduced in Parliament.
