Youths Get 10 Years Jail For Kidnapping, Raping 16-Year-Old

Muzaffarnagar: Two youths were sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by a fast track court here for abducting and raping a 16-year-old girl at Datiyana village.

According to the prosecution, Rinku along with his friend Devender abducted the victim and raped her

Judge Manoj Kumar Mishra on Friday convicted Rinku (22) and his friend Devender (21) under relevant sections of IPC for abducting and raping the minor girl in 2011.

The duo was also imposed a fine of Rs 22,000 each. According to the prosecution, Rinku along with his friend Devender abducted the victim. Rinku then raped her. The girl was later rescued from their custody.
