Youth Kills Pinni Over Illicit Affair 

Hyderabad: A youth killed his maternal aunt for family honor over her illicit relation with her husband's friend in Bowenpally in Secunderabad on Thursday.

The 40-year-old woman Jyothy was allegedly in relation with her husband's friend which angered Ganesh. Her son Rahul spotted her coming out of a hotel along with Rajender sometime back and warned her against such affairs.

When family members told her to stop her illicit affair, she allegedly threatened them she would kill all of them by poisoning the food, said neighbors. Finally, her elder sister’s son Ganesh attacked her with a knife injuring her severely. The neighbors intervened and shifted the woman to Gandhi Hospital where she succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment.

The accused Ganesh surrendered before the police.
