Work on Telangana bill has reached an advanced stage: Azad


Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad on Wednesday said that work on Telangana Bill has reached an advanced stage and the Government of India is working hard to bring it to a conclusion as early as possible.

Speaking to reporters, Azad said, "Cannot say if the Telangana Bill will come in the winter session or later. The work on it has reached an advanced stage. The GoM that has been created by the PM, met yesterday and they will be meeting today as well. The government is working towards a conclusion as soon as possible."
