Won't contest from Narasaraopet : Kasu

Former minister Kasu Krishna Reddy, on Thursday rejected to contest from Narasaraopet parliamentary constituency. He asked the party high command to field another candidate from there.

Earlier, his son Mahesh Reddy also declared that he would not contest from Narasaraopet assembly constituency.

The party sources are unable to digest the fact that Kasu family denied to contest from here, as the family has been associated with the constituency for 60 years. 

Congress is facing some trouble to find replacements here as the last date of filing nominations will end within two days.

Mangalagiri sitting MLA Kandru Kamala also rejected to contest from the same constituency.
