Woman’s silent protest for hubby at in-laws’ house

A woman’s silent protest along with her 18-month-old son at the house of her in-laws at New Maruthi Nagar in Kothapet area in Hyderabad demanding handing over her husband, was drawing huge crowd on Thursday.

People especially women in huge numbers came in support of the woman. Rithika of Kothapet married to Ranjith Kumar three years back. Rithika alleged that she was harassed and sent out from the house by her in-laws Suryaprakash and Radharani and brother-in-law Madankumar. She lodged a complaint at the Women’s police station. She said she was not allowed into the house for the past five months and her husband was not seen after the rift.
